How can I print a weekly event schedule?

If you would like to print or distribute a weekly schedule, you have several options:

  • If you would like a visual schedule, you can use the grid view of the calendar. This allows you to choose the specific rooms, date range, events (filtered by status, type, and/or location), color coding, and event information you would like to display. (For more information, please see Create a Custom Calendar View.)
    1. Click the cloud_download download icon in the upper-right corner to download a PDF.
    2. Set the date span you want to download. The date fields will default to whichever dates you're currently viewing.
    3. Select whether or not you want the legend (color key) to be included at the end of the file.
    4. Select the orientation you want the file to be in.
    5. Click Export.
Please keep in mind that only so much information can fit on a piece of paper!
  • You can also use the list views: for a list of the week's events, use the events list; for a list of the week's functions, use the functions list. Just as with the grid calendar, you can customize the view to choose which columns to display and in which order. (For more information, please see Create a Custom Event List View or Create a Custom Function List View.) To download the list as an Excel spreadsheet, click the cloud_download download icon in the upper-right corner. If you're downloading an event list, you will also need to select Current List from the export menu.
  • We can also create an Insights report listing daily events or functions - the example below is a function schedule. If this option interests you, contact Client Success so we can work with you to build a customized report for your account.
