The Occupancy by Area and Days report allows you to examine the utilization of the space in your venue over a user-defined time frame.
The user will enter a date range that looks at each individual booked space over that time frame.
Each room is grouped by venue as defined in your VenueOps account (see the Sys Admin section of your account).
This report only looks at booked spaces with a definite status.
The report will show the totals of area used, area available, and the total percentage used of your venues as well as your entire account.
For the area section to work accurately in this report, the area of each room must be added in the Sys Admin section of your account. For more information about adding this information, please see this article.
