VenueOps allows you to create pre-defined groups of contacts so that you can repeatedly and easily email proposals, contracts, event summaries, avails, and other documents to the same group of people. You can also export contact groups to be used in external email marketing services.
Create Contact GroupsContact groups are added on the Contacts page in the Groups tab. Click the plus to add a group, or click a group to edit it. Step-by-step instructions are linked below. For more information, please see:
Using Contact GroupsOnce you've created contact groups, you'll be able to send documents to them directly from within VenueOps. Proposals, contracts, event summaries, avails, and other documents can be sent to contact groups.
Once you've selected a group, you can view a list to confirm your recipients.
You can also export contact groups to import them into external email marketing services, such as Mailchimp.
