Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

At this time, MFA must be enabled by the user and cannot be enforced at the account level.

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) enables users to add an additional layer of security to the login process by prompting for a different six digit code each time a user attempts to log in.

Momentus Elite supports the following authentication applications:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Authy
Before you can enable MFA, you must have one of the authenticator apps installed on your mobile device.
  1. Click your name in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select My Settings.
  3. Go to the Security Settings tab.
  4. Click the edit pencil icon by Multifactor Authentication Settings.
  5. Check MFA and then click Set Up Authenticator.
  6. With your mobile device, scan the QR code and enter the six digit code from your app.

Once MFA is configured for a user, they will be prompted for a different six digit code each time they attempt to log into Elite.
