Disable Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

You are able to disable MFA on your account. If you are logged out of your VenueOps account and no longer have access to your MFA device, your Sys Admin will need to disable it for you.

Disable MFA in My Settings

  1. Click your name in the upper-left corner.
  2. Click My Settings.
  3. Click Security Settings.
  4. Click the edit pencil icon by Multifactor Authentication Settings.
  5. Uncheck MFA and click Save.

Disable MFA for the User by System Admin

System role needed: System Admin
  1. Click your name in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select System Admin.
  3. Click Users on the left.
  4. Select the user to open their details slider. In the slider, click Disable and confirm when prompted.
    The user can go back into their Security Settings at any time and enable MFA.
