Setting Your Account Region and Currency

The region and currency settings control how the dates, times, and currency appear in your account. A user with the System Admin role can view this setting but can't edit it.

If your account's region/currency needs to be changed for some reason, please contact Client Success by phone at +1.865.966.4900 or by email at

To see your account's current settings:

  1. Click your name in the upper-left.
  2. Click System Admin.
  3. Click settings Settings on the left.
  4. Click Configuration.

Your current region and currency will be displayed.
