Customize Status Names

System role needed: System Admin

You are able to set a custom display name for prospect, tentative, and definite statuses. Because there are additional statuses which cannot be customized, we recommend reviewing All About Status before making any changes. Your venue's status workflow will also be discussed during the onboarding process. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To customize your status names:

  1. Click your name in the upper-left corner.
  2. Click System Admin.
  3. Click event Events.
  4. Click Configuration.
  5. Click the blue-circled edit edit icon.
  6. Type your preferred status names in the Tentative Display Name, Definite Display Name, and Prospect Display Name fields.
  7. Click Save.
