Customize Status Names

System role needed: System Admin

You are able to set a custom display name for prospect, tentative, and definite statuses. Because there are additional statuses which cannot be customized, we recommend reviewing All About Status before making any changes. Your venue's status workflow will also be discussed during the onboarding process. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To customize your status names:

  1. Click on your name in the upper left corner and select System Admin to access the Admin console.
  2. Click event Events in the left sidebar and select the Booking tab.
  3. Click Configuration.
  4. Click the edit pencil icon.
  5. Type your preferred status names in the Prospect Display Name, Tentative Display Name, and Definite Display Name fields.
  6. Click Save.
