Set Default Rooms

Do you typically book the same rooms each time you book an event? You can set default rooms to save some clicks - these rooms will auto-fill in the Add Event form once you've selected dates. And don't worry, you can always change the room selection as you're booking!

  1. Click your name in the upper-left corner and select My Settings.
  2. In the Event Defaults card on the right, click the edit pencil to open the Edit Event Defaults slider.
  3. In the room selector, check the room(s) you would like as your default and save.
