Set Default Rooms

Do you typically book the same rooms each time you book an event? You can set default rooms to save some clicks - these rooms will auto-fill in the Add Event form once you've selected dates. And don't worry, you can always change the room selection as you're booking!

  1. To set your default rooms, click on your name in the upper-left corner and select My Settings.
  2. In the right column, click the edit pencil by Event Defaults.
  3. In the room selector, check the room(s) you would like as your default and save.
