Set Up a Payment Gateway

System role needed: System Admin

Before you can accept online exhibitor orders or online invoice payments, you need to set up a payment gateway. We currently support Authorize.Net, TrustCommerce, and Stripe. If you are interested in using a payment gateway, please contact us at sales@eventbooking.com.

When using Authorize.Net, you will need to have a Card Not Present account.

To set up a payment gateway:

  1. Click your name in the upper-left corner.
  2. Click System Admin.
  3. In the settings Settings section, click Payments.
  4. Click the edit pencil icon next to Payment Gateway.
  5. In the Edit Payment Gateway slider, select your payment gateway service.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Add the credentials for your selected service.
  8. Do not select Sandbox (not an option for Stripe).
  9. Click Save.

Your payment gateway is set up.
