Mark an Event as Lost

Permissions needed: Highest Booking Capability that includes the event's status
  1. Do one of the following:
    • Open the event's summary slider.
    • Go to the event's details page.
  2. Click the more_vert more options icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Mark event as lost.
  4. In the slider, select a reason the event was lost. For more information about reasons for loss, Adding and Editing Reasons for Lost Business.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Confirm you want to mark the event as lost.
  7. The reason for loss can be viewed on the event's details page. See the General Information card on the Overview tab.
